an easy hike (no talking!) in a lush, canyon oasis,
followed by a brief break (no talking!) and solo, silent activity of
your choice. This
is the perfect opportunity for personal reflection, new insight, or if
you are in search of an alternative source of creative inspiration.
Silent hikes
can be a powerful exercise in self-awareness, creative inspiration,
and intuitive connection—and self-control :) Adults only please.
